The "Ships In" time reflects the estimated lead time required to make the item and/or prepare it for shipping. Estimated lead times do not include holidays and weekends. We will email you a tracking number after your order ships. Transit time adds up to a week. If you have a question about your order status, email us. Please keep in mind that many items are custom made or ship directly from a designer's warehouse. We often need to contact our artists or designers for status updates, but we will follow up with you as quickly as possible.
Please note that the lead time is an estimate provided by the individual designer. We will make every effort to expedite the production and shipping of your purchase, but we cannot be held responsible for unforseeable delays. While most orders ship within the timeframe noted, the "Ships In" time is not a guarantee.
