| We bought this bed for our 4 years daughter old. It was a dream come true for her because she loves princess stories and always wondering if she can have her own castle. She loves the slide and use the lower part to play. It saves lot of space in the room. At the beginning we were not sure about buying on line this kind of product with out looking at it. And after thinking a lot we decided to take the risk and worth it. Is a high quality wood , firm and sturdy. We really recommend it. | ||||

This company has great customer service. I had many questions about ordering this bed online because I saw it in a store and they said it would take 8 weeks to deliver. The company answered all my questions promptly. I ordered this online and received it within 10 days! Awesome bed, sturdy and great design. The sliding board is really fast too which my son loves. | The bed is great. It is very sturdy and the slide is fast, and my kids love it. But I'm most impressed by sweetretreatkids customer service. One of our storage drawers didn't ship, and the woman I spoke to was amazing. Not only was she one of the nicest people I've ever spoken to, she was knowledgable and shipped the item out immediately. Overall I'm very happy with the castle bed. It assembles easily and is sturdy. I had to laugh when I saw that each box of parts has it's own set of instructions for assembling those particular parts. I opened everything, but when I got to the box with the big picture instruction book in it, it said start here with these instructions and don't open the other boxes except in such and such order. Well, too late! Figuring out the order of assembly I have to say is mildly confusing. But once you get the flow, the assembly is easy. SRK Note: It can definitely be confusing to receive so many boxes! To avoid confusion for future customers, please note that you'll be looking for the box with the bed ends (headboard/footboard). There's a note on the box to open it first. Of course, if the box is facing the wrong way or it's covered by other boxes, it's easy to overlook that note. | Great bed. My daughters love having their very own "house" and use it for both sleep and play. We loved all the options and like that it can be broken into two singles should the girls want separate rooms; in fact it seems so solid/well-made I see sending the doubles off with them when they get their own places in many years! Only (mild) issue - instructions were a bit challenging at first but once we got going it was relatively easy to assemble. | ||||

Sweet Retreat Kids is a great company! We had a great experience with them. Stacy is awesome and she provides an amazing customer service, she answers emails very fast and responds your questions in a very detailed way, she knows her business and goes above and beyond when treating with customers and helping them place an order, clarify questions, follow up with shipping information, etc. Sweet Retreat Kids and their pink house bunk bed (bunk bed with pink and white curtains on top and below) surpassed our expectations, our daughters are very excited with it, it was a great present for them! I was happy with the order I placed through this company. I bought four furniture pieces for my daughter's bedroom. The pink and white castle bed , vanity table, toy chest and a shelf. All came in excellent shape with easy to assemble guidelines. When I had any questions on anything, I contacted Stacy. She is the best! She responded right away and was very helpful. Overall, I received excellent service. I will be coming back to purchase more. |

| Very sturdy. Instructions were clear. Very glad we received an extra email about where the bolts were located before it was delivered. We were told we would have to unload the fed ex truck ourselves, but when it was delivered..all 12 boxes, the Fed Ex driver, rolled the entire skid into the garage! That was great! Great looking bunk beds! (SRK Note: We offer furniture delivery inside the garage or to the front porch. Our customers will never have to unload their Maxtrix furniture. If our freight carrier tells you otherwise when they schedule the delivery appointment, please notify us. We'll get it resolved before they arrive.) | ||||
