| The bed is great. It is very sturdy and the slide is fast, and my kids love it. But I'm most impressed by sweetretreatkids customer service. One of our storage drawers didn't ship, and the woman I spoke to was amazing. Not only was she one of the nicest people I've ever spoken to, she was knowledgable and shipped the item out immediately. Great product and great service! | ||||
