If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. We work hard to ship your purchase as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel your order. In the event that your order has already shipped, we will defer to our return policy. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will incur all shipping charges (to the delivery location and back to the original shipping address) in addition to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that final sale items (ex. furniture, personalized items, sale items, and custom orders) may not be cancelled and cannot be refunded.
