Ordering Tips:

• Letter Quantity - Pricing is per letter. Please adjust the order quantity to match the number of letters you request. For example, if you request the name Sami, please change the Qty to 4 so you will be charged the correct amount.
• Letter Hanging Options - Select from four hanging methods - sawtooth hanger, drilled hole in the back of each letter, loop-style ribbon, or bow-style ribbon. If you choose either ribbon style, please indicate your preferred ribbon color in the ordering instructions field (in the shopping cart).
• Letter Size - Please see our LETTER SIZING GUIDE. Also, please note that designs with characters and detailed patterns work best on larger letters.
• Design Variability - Please note that every set of letters is unique due to the custom nature of the product. The design will vary based on the size, font style, and letters chosen. The design will fit differently on each order based on these qualities. The artist will plan the layout to achieve the best fit and flow of the design. Some design features may be cut off, but the artist will achieve the best look for each order.
• Custom Requests - Include custom requests in the shopping cart in the box labeled Ordering Instructions. Let us know if you want to change the colors, modify the design, or request a specific color/design for each letter. You may email photos of your bedding, wall color, or other room decor for our artist to match. Please note if you plan to send photos.
• Extra Samples: When available, we will include similar designs under the main letter image to the left. The samples may vary from the original design, based on customer requests. We will paint your letters to match the main product image, unless you request otherwise. Please include all custom requests in the shopping cart.
