Custom Painted Playhouse Theme Bed w/ Built In Dresser - Design her very own custom painted playhouse theme bed using her favorite colors and design. Our talented artists can custom paint your little girl's bed to your specifications to ensure that it's the bed of her dreams. The Manchester custom painted playhouse theme bed is one of our most spectacular designs, complete with a balustered staircase for added beauty and easier climbing. This playhouse theme bed design accomodates a full size bed on the lower level and a twin size bed in the playhouse loft. Some families use the loft as a play area instead of a sleeping area.

Functional Bed with Built In Storage - The Manchester Playhouse Theme Bed offers storage galore. Every Manchester includes a built-in armoire on the right with raised panel doors that conceal four drawers and two shelves. The front of the Manchester Playhouse Theme Bed features an eight-shelf bookcase on the right side and a five-shelf bookcase with two drawers on the left. A cubby in the middle is perfect for a lamp and her favorite stuffed animals. The six drawers on the left of the staircase are optional. Please see pricing below.

Layout - Our builder can flip-flop (reverse) the design to offer the best layout in your little girl's room.

Height - The standard height of the Manchester Playhouse Theme Bed is 104". We offer a custom model that's 94" high for standard ceiling heights.

Painting - Our professional artists can custom paint your playhouse theme bed using the colors and design of your choice. We can even match a specific paint brand and color. We will contact you to discuss custom colors to be sure that your playhouse theme bed is perfect!  Painting options include:

• Unpainted $3495
• Custom painted without staircase drawers $5795
• Custom painted with staircase drawers $6095

Space Saving Options - The Manchester includes a balustered staircase that's easiest for young kids and their parents to climb. If you don't have room for the staircase, we offer three playhouse theme bed designs with footholes for climbing to the loft. These designs are narrower to fit in a smaller bedroom and come in three sizes:

• Maryville Playhouse Theme Bed - Accomodates a twin or full-size bed on the ground floor and a twin mattress in the loft.
• Ashleyville Playhouse Theme Bed - Twin or full-size bed on ground floor and custom size mattress in the loft (32" x 75").
• Abbyville Playhouse Theme Bed - Twin-size bed on ground floor and custom size mattress in loft (32" x 62").
