Order Status
To estimate when you will receive your purchase, we encourage you to refer to the product page at the "Ships In" field. This time reflects the lead time required to make the item and prepare it for shipping. The lead time is an estimate provided by the individual designer. We cannot be held responsible for unforseeable delays, but we will make every effort to expedite the production and shipping of your purchase. Of course, we will contact you if we become aware of any delays.
Shipping time adds 1-3 weeks to the overall delivery time. Small items are usually shipped using FedEx or UPS and require 5-7 days beyond the estimated lead time. Freight delivery of furniture and other heavy or large items may take up to 3 weeks.
