Ceiling Fan Includes:

52" fan with 4 themed blades that operate forward or reverse
White brackets and fan body
3 globe light kit (Each uses up to 60 watt bulb. Bulbs are not included.)
May be used with or without light fixture.
Mounting kit: down rod or ceiling hugging
Ceiling to blade clearance is 7" when hugger mounted. When mounted with 4" down rod, it's 11.5". Additional length may be purchased at home improvement store.
2 fan chains - 1 to control fan speed, 1 to control light (These can accomodate 2 hand painted coordinating ceramic fan pulls that may be purchased separately.
