Return Policy
We hope you and your kids will be thrilled with your new retreat. If your purchase isn’t everything you dream it will be, we’re here to help. We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase using the following guidelines.
Return Guidelines
Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for a return authorization number. This number is valid for 10 days and will ensure that the return process goes smoothly and you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and with the original packaging.
All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot refund the original shipping fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, items purchased with a free shipping offer will have the standard shipping fee deducted from the refund. If freight delivery was required for shipping an oversized item, the actual shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
The following items may not be returned: furniture, mattresses, personalized items, life-size stuffed animals, fabric, sale items, and items that are custom made or made to order. If an item is custom made or made to order, you will see a note on the product page stating, "This item is custom made for you upon order."
Some returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 25% in addition to all shipping fees incurred. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges incurred by Sweet Retreat Kids. Unauthorized returns, items returned after the times defined above, and items that are not in new condition will not be refunded.
