We offer most of our products at the minimum price allowed by the manufacturers (known as the "minimum advertised price" or MAP). If you find a better price online within 5 days of placing your order, we’ll refund the difference. Be sure to compare the total price, including shipping and handling charges. Another retailer may charge less for an item but charge more for shipping and handling.
Our Low Price Guarantee Procedure
- Place an order with us for your favorite items.
- If you find any of the items for a lower price (including shipping and handling charges), send us an email at info@sweetretreatkids.com within 5 days of ordering. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your Sweet Retreat Kids Order Number
- Your name and email address
- Item(s) you are comparing and the total price(s) of the other retailer
- Web address (URL) of the store selling the item at a lower price
We will process your price match request within 1-4 days and issue a refund using your original method of payment.
Ebay sales, close-outs, misprints, liquidations, and “going out of business” sales do not apply. The price must be advertised and available to the general public, and the shipping method must be the same. The guarantee is valid on the retail price of the item only - not on wholesale prices.
Please note that the store must be an authorized retailer of the manufacturer. Unauthorized retailers may be selling used, stolen, or imitation products. To ensure that the retailer is authorized, you may visit the Web site of the product manufacturer or designer. You will find a section titled “Where to Buy” or something similar.
