Some oversized items (ex. large furniture, playhouses, etc.) are shipped using a freight carrier skilled in handling and transporting special-care items. These products incur a home delivery surcharge in addition to regular shipping charges. This handling fee is clearly stated on individual product pages anytime it applies. Please note that free shipping promotions do not apply to surcharges on oversized items. We want to ensure that you don't have any surprise fees that could make your shopping experience unpleasant!
