Our 10' x 12' Cozy Cottage Playhouse is designed to make YOU their hero. Here's the secret . . . Our expert craftsmen will build all the major components, but your kids will see you "build" their playhouse when you assemble it in your yard. You'll glow with pride every time they tell their friends that you built it for them! Note: This 10' x 12' Cozy Cottage Playhouse is available with 2 large dormers or 3 smaller dormers. 10' x 12' Cozy Cottage Playhouse Includes:
- 2x4 wood wall and truss framing
- High quality siding and trim prefastened onto wall panels(insures panels are square)
- Panelized walls sections (not just precut) saves time in assembly
- Straight trim prefastened to panels
- All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
- 2 working windows with safety glass, grids and screens
- Shutters and flowerboxes
- 2 Dormers (opens through roof on one side only)
- Two painted grid plexi-glass windows (white)
- Child’s dutch door (40” High x 20” Wide)
- Adult dutch door on side (72” High x 54” Wide)
- Hardware needed to assemble (screws,latches,handles,nails)
- Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
- All trim and siding is preprimed
